CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Cancellations of an order can be requested up to 24 hours. after having made the purchase.

RETURNS

Ceramic items cannot be returned because they are very fragile and can break during transportation. Yes, we make refunds of money or change for another, of the products that you receive broken. Therefore, when you receive your order, you must open it immediately, and if it is broken, you must take a photograph and send it to info@edeltraud.es with your customer data.

We will contact you to inform you about the return or exchange process for a new one.

In the rest of products that are not transport fragile, you have fourteen calendar days to return a product and depending on the case, we make the return or you have a credit in Edeltraud. Love our product or return it, no questions asked.

We do not accept returns on personalized products.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with their original packaging and label (if applicable).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (may be the one we send you by email)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

MONEY REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.    If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
