How to buy at Edeltraud

You can make your purchase from different electronic devices: desktop computer, mobile phone or digital tablet. As long as, you use some of the most frequent browsers which are Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, or Google Chrome, in Safari sometimes there are some compatibility errors.

Once you have found the items you wish to purchase and the quantities, click on the “Buy” or “Add to Cart” button. You can either continue shopping in the shop, or finalise your order. To do this, there are two options: click on the shopping bag containing the number of items you have selected (top right) or when you are at the last item added, click on “View Cart”.

Now you are in the area of “Complete Order” with your details, you must choose the SHIPPING ZONE (Currently we only ship to the Peninsula) and the METHOD OF PAYMENT: card of your bank, bank transfer, PayPal. Once you have completed these details, you will clearly see the total amount of your order, including VAT and shipping costs. To finish, click on “Finalise purchase” and the website will indicate the data to be completed so that we can send your order correctly to its destination.

Our website allows you to make purchases without registering, but if you decide to register, you can buy again without going through this process again.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit or Debit Card: you will be redirected to a secure payment platform managed by the Stripe platform, one of the safest on the market and used by thousands of companies that choose this platform for its security and anti-fraud system.

Bank Transfer: at the end of your purchase, the system indicates the account number to which you must pay the total amount of your purchase. When making the transfer, please indicate in the “Concept” the order number and your personal details. Once the transfer has been made, if you want to speed up the process of sending your order, please send the proof of payment by email to: info@edeltraud.es

PayPal: if you choose this option, you will be directed to the payment platform of this company. You must enter your user details and complete the payment process as indicated by PayPal. It is the safest and fastest payment method.

Cash on delivery: Currently suspended by Covid19, for security and health reasons.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items you have purchased. On the other hand, we want to give you the option to choose the shipping option you prefer: the standard shipping by post which has a delivery time that depends on your area of residence, this is 48hs or 72hs. without insurance or certificates.

We are working to offer you the option of Certified shipping with insurance for fragile goods: higher price and more security for your shipments.

From 10 to 500grs. (Postcards) 2€.

DELIVERY TIME

It depends on the item you choose, if the item is finished and ready to be shipped then we only need to take into account the delivery and transport time. If you have ordered your item then details of the process and production time will be detailed on each item.

GUARANTEE POLICY

From edeltraud we want to tell you that you have an absolute satisfaction guarantee, because we take the necessary time to make your product and ship it perfectly, so that you receive it in the best conditions.

IMPORTANT: You have 24 hours to cancel your order or purchase. After this time, we take it for granted that you are still going ahead and we are happy to get down to work.

Then, once we send you the product: in case you receive your order with any damage or breakage that may be caused by the transport, you must communicate it within 24hs. of receiving it. You must send us a photo of the damage and we will then send you a new one or if this is not possible, we will refund your money.

Warranty: It will only cover faults of this type and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty or refund does not cover damage caused by misuse. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing and operational faults under normal product conditions and only these terms will be enforced.

REFUND

Once you receive the product, you have 15 calendar days from the day after you receive it to return it. The costs of the return (shipping) are at the customer’s expense.

Once we receive the package with the return, we examine the condition of the product, and the return is made, provided that it is in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please bear in mind that as these are handmade products, they may be damaged by the transport companies during subsequent shipments. We ask you to take these aspects into account, and we thank you for your confidence if you have bought any of them.
